Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned units (Inpatient, ICU, Nursing Home, etc.) in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety at all times.
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress using electronic health records (EHR).
- Deliver emergency and critical care interventions in high-acuity settings such as ICU or emergency wards.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment by adhering to infection control and hygiene protocols.
- Participate in research initiatives, quality improvement projects, or community health programs as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; active nursing license in Indonesia (STR & SIP).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse or Senior Nurse in hospitals, ICU, nursing homes, or homecare.
- Proven expertise in patient assessment, emergency response, and chronic disease management.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) with flexibility.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, or specialized nursing fields (e.g., Critical Care, Geriatrics) are a plus.
- Demonstrated compassion, ethical integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
