Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, PRP, and chemical peels with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessing skin conditions, medical history, and aesthetic goals to recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with medical safety protocols, including proper sterilization, patient consent, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic medicine trends, techniques, and technologies to provide cutting-edge services.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and patient confidentiality.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment expectations, and aftercare to optimize results and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment logs, and follow-up documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including social media content and patient testimonials, to enhance clinic visibility.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized institution, with a valid Professional Doctor Education (Pendidikan Profesi Dokter) certification.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) from the Indonesian Medical Council (Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures.
- Proven expertise in performing injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Maximum age of 35 years (as per company policy).
