Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Lead the general ledger reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all accounting entries.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax, and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or multinational companies is highly desirable.
