Responsibility
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.
- Process and oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for improved efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a senior or staff accountant role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
