Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end enterprise architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) to optimize scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders, developers, and vendors to define technical requirements and system specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT) to enhance AIA’s digital capabilities.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum ROI.
- Provide technical governance and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices in software design and deployment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and AIA’s security policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on enterprise-scale systems in financial services or insurance.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in API design, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Kafka).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and IT governance frameworks.
