Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and design principles.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their technology investments.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in solution architecture, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and API design principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid development environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
