Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to telecommunications regulations, including but not limited to Indonesian telecom laws, GDPR, and international standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal, operational, and technical teams to ensure policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in telecommunications laws and regulations, and update internal policies accordingly to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to government agencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on compliance-related topics, fostering a culture of ethical business practices.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations, working with stakeholders to implement preventive measures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections or inquiries.
Qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal roles within the telecommunications or ICT sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian telecommunications regulations, data protection laws (e.g., PDP Law), and international compliance standards.
- Proven experience in conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and convey them clearly to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of business operations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
