Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Design and present technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution architectures.
- Provide expert guidance on cloud computing, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution briefs and proposals.
- Conduct product training and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales and implementation phases.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth handover and project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with networking, security, and infrastructure design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage night shift hours effectively.
- Certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
