Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and manage cloud-based solutions and virtualization technologies.
- Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from cyber threats.
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal teams.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT System Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in system administration.
- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, networking, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified, Cisco) are a plus.
