Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Configure and customize SAP EWM, PP, PM, PS, FICO, QM, and TRM modules to meet client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Design and execute data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of SAP system data.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and user training.
- Develop and maintain SAP process documentation, including workflows, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend SAP-based solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, updates, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant, with expertise in at least 3 of the following modules: EWM, PP, PM, PS, FICO, QM, TRM.
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations (full lifecycle) in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes in logistics, manufacturing, finance, or project management.
- Certification in SAP modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali, Indonesia, with occasional travel as required.
