Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and automation systems to streamline property development workflows, from land acquisition to project completion.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and engineer custom software solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Integrate machine learning models for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and risk assessment in real estate projects.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of cloud-based systems (AWS/Azure/GCP) to support high-availability applications.
- Automate repetitive tasks using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and scripting to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are embedded in all software solutions, protecting sensitive project and client data.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in PropTech, AI, and IoT to propose innovative solutions that give Land Pacific a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI, automation, or data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and frameworks like Django, Flask, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data processing (SQL, NoSQL, Pandas) and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or PropTech is a plus.
