Responsibility
- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities
- Develop frameworks for agent coordination, communication, and task delegation
- Optimize AI agent performance through reinforcement learning and adaptive algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic systems into production environments
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in distributed AI and swarm intelligence
- Create scalable architectures for deploying agent-based solutions at enterprise scale
- Monitor and improve system reliability, efficiency, and ethical compliance
- Document technical designs and mentor junior engineers on agentic AI concepts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on autonomous systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
- Experience with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or distributed AI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning
