As part of our ServiceNow Center of Excellence, you’ll work on end-to-end implementations, integrations, and customizations, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform. Your contributions will directly enhance client productivity, automation, and service delivery—making you a key driver of EY’s digital innovation strategy.

Responsibility

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or custom modules, following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, and clients) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal platform stability and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow configurations, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user guides, and runbooks.
  • Drive automation initiatives (e.g., RPA, Flow Designer) to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Stay ahead of ServiceNow trends (e.g., AI, Predictive Intelligence) and recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or CSM (additional certifications are a plus).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, SSO).
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrade methodologies, performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
