Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM, Financials, or other modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform system integrations (e.g., Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services) and data migrations with minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to enhance user adoption and system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing Tier 3 support for Workday-related inquiries.
- Mentor junior specialists and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Workday updates and best practices, recommending process improvements to optimize system performance.
- Document configurations, changes, and procedures to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Implementation Specialist or similar role, with at least 2+ years in a senior capacity.
- Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or Integration Cloud (certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of business processes in HR, finance, or IT, with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Workday Studio, XSLT, EIBs, or Workday Web Services for integrations and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving complex system issues.
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a global, remote team.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
