Responsibility
- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews to ensure team alignment and productivity.
- Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum team, removing blockers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize user stories, and ensure sprint goals are met.
- Monitor and track sprint progress using Jira or other Agile tools, providing transparency to stakeholders.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and best practices for high-performance delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments that could impact sprint outcomes.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, and design teams.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) and implementing data-driven adjustments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
- Proven experience working in IT outsourcing or B2C product development environments.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills to guide diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and servant leadership principles.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility for occasional on-site collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
