Responsibility
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ERPNext system, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
- Manage and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Administer and enhance the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) for seamless collaboration.
- Develop and implement business automation workflows to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable IT solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices, including access controls, backups, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with hands-on expertise in ERPNext and Microsoft 365.
- Proven track record in system administration, network management, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for automation.
- Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Linux/Windows server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, ITIL, or ERPNext are a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
