Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.) to align with client business processes.
- Develop and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, analysts, and stakeholders) to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure platform stability and security.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow’s latest features and certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS, CSA) to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
- Active ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a strong plus.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or custom ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex workflows and integrations.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
