Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
