Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and enforce Information Security (IS) and Privacy (P) policies and procedures for Bosch’s manufacturing facility in Bali, ensuring alignment with global standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Lead the coordination and control of in-house IS and P initiatives, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance audits.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and legal teams to integrate security best practices into manufacturing processes and digital transformation projects.
- Conduct regular security awareness training for employees to foster a culture of cybersecurity vigilance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international data protection regulations, including Indonesia’s PDP Law and GDPR.
- Manage third-party security assessments and vendor risk evaluations to safeguard Bosch’s supply chain.
- Report on IS and P metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights to enhance security posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, privacy, or cybersecurity roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven expertise in ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PDP Law compliance, with hands-on experience in risk management and audits.
- Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, encryption, and identity management systems.
- Experience with incident response, forensic investigations, and security tooling (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
