Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, C#, and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement software solutions.
- Lead architectural discussions and make key technical decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on .NET and C#.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with database design and optimization, including SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to continuous integration and delivery.
