Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using NICE CXone, Cognigy, Omilia, and Proactive AI Agent platforms.
- Lead the implementation of conversational AI workflows, including chatbots, voice assistants, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with CRM, contact center, and enterprise systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and development teams.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions to stakeholders on AI capabilities and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on conversational AI or customer experience solutions.
- Proven expertise in NICE CXone, Cognigy, Omilia, or similar AI platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Experience with NLP, machine learning, and AI model training.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or contact center technologies are a plus.
