BruntWork is seeking a Remote IT Support & Systems Operations Manager to lead IT operations for a cutting-edge global forex trading platform. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining high availability, resolving complex technical issues, and optimizing IT workflows to support global trading operations.

Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for a global forex platform.
- Lead a remote IT support team, ensuring timely and effective assistance for employees across multiple time zones.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including access controls, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address potential issues before they impact business operations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on platform tools, cybersecurity awareness, and IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT support, systems administration, or operations management, preferably in a remote or global environment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and network management.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk), ITIL frameworks, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, including firewall management, encryption, and vulnerability assessments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
- Availability to work flexible hours to support global operations (part-time, remote).
