Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy NetSuite integrations using SuiteScript, RESTlets, and web services to connect ERP with third-party applications.
- Architect AI-driven automation solutions within NetSuite to optimize business processes (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent workflows).
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Develop custom scripts, workflows, and saved searches to extend NetSuite functionality and meet unique business needs.
- Provide technical consulting to clients, translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and digital transformation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay ahead of ERP trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., blockchain, RPA) for potential integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP Technical Consultant, with deep expertise in NetSuite.
- Proficient in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., NetSuite Analytics, Python libraries) for business process automation.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM) and their interdependencies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of leading ERP implementations in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Fluency in English; ability to work remotely across time zones.
