Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate and enhance business processes.
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot biometric devices and access control systems.
- Optimize and secure Wi-Fi networks across multiple locations to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to internal teams and end-users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT needs and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and system configurations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Specialist, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, Java, or C++).
- Strong knowledge of network administration, including Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and firewall configurations.
- Experience with biometric systems, access control, or IoT device management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
