Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
- Support network administration tasks, including monitoring performance and ensuring security.
- Assist in database management, including data entry, backups, and basic queries.
- Help maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Previous internship or project experience in IT is an advantage.
