Responsibility
- Architect and Design: Develop scalable, end-to-end AI and data architectures that align with business goals, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stacks.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a hands-on leader for engineering teams, providing guidance on best practices in MLOps, data pipelines, and AI model deployment.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused strategies.
- Innovation & R&D: Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies (LLMs, generative AI, predictive analytics) to drive continuous improvement.
- Data Governance: Establish robust data governance, security, and compliance frameworks to ensure ethical and efficient data usage.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize data processing, storage, and retrieval systems for speed, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions that solve real-world problems.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in data architecture, AI/ML engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or advisory role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data tools (Spark, Hadoop), and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- AI/ML Mastery: Hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade AI models, including LLMs, NLP, or computer vision.
- Data Engineering: Proficiency in data modeling, ETL pipelines, and real-time processing (Kafka, Airflow, dbt).
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python, Scala, or Java, with experience in distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Preferred: AWS/Azure/GCP Architect Certifications, TOGAF, or CDMP.
