Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT service improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process maps, use cases, and user stories to support system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business units to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future states, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
- Oversee the implementation and testing of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate IT service performance, proposing continuous improvements based on data analytics and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or a similar role, preferably in the education or public sector.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced contract role.
