Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, requirement summaries, test scripts, user guides, and progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI, business analysts) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular project reviews and present updates to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within IT or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects, including system implementations, integrations, or digital upgrades.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote setup, with occasional travel to client sites or regional offices as needed.
