Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of system integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize project efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, system integration, or a similar role, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
