Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessments, compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and incident response to safeguard company data and systems.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and data centers, to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Drive digital transformation projects, leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, automation) to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing costs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs, prioritize projects, and implement solutions that support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including data protection and IT governance frameworks.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management position.
- Proven track record in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure management, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Experience working in the aviation, transportation, or logistics industry is a strong advantage.
