Responsibility
- Lead and manage the IT department, including system administrators, developers, and support staff.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards through robust cybersecurity measures.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and business growth.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex IT issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Superb communication and leadership skills to mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
