Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise software solutions, ensuring timely and successful rollouts for global clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, customer success) to align on implementation strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance system adoption, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training programs, documentation, and resources to facilitate smooth technology adoption by end-users.
- Monitor and report on key implementation metrics, including adoption rates, user feedback, and ROI for clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating potential roadblocks to stakeholders proactively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in product implementation, enterprise software rollouts, or technical project management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or similar).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and clients.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, process mapping, and change management in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus but not required.
