Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with invoice data standards and procedural requirements.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and carrier compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for carrier inquiries and issue resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and compliance standards is a plus.
- Immediate availability to start is highly preferred.
