Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end management of SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Concur systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HR systems, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Concur.
  • Proven track record of managing HR applications in a multinational or complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics, BI tools).
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or Concur is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
