Responsibility
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Compensation and Core HCM modules.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of Workday with other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and training materials.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for HR technology and data management.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on Workday functionalities and updates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and Workday updates to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR systems, with a focus on Workday.
- Proven expertise in Compensation and Core HCM modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Workday certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Compensation) is a plus.
