Responsibility
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of compensation-related processes in Workday
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, guidelines, and workflows within Workday
- Manage complex compensation structures including base pay, bonuses, equity, and allowances
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all compensation-related Workday modules
- Provide training and support to HR teams and managers on compensation processes and tools
- Stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices to continuously improve our systems
- Generate and analyze compensation reports to support data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years specializing in Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Workday Pro or Advanced Compensation certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with global compensation structures and multi-country payroll considerations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into business insights
- Strong project management skills with experience leading system implementations
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
