Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client pain points and opportunities for tech solutions.
- Design and present customized technical proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align solutions with client requirements and business goals.
- Provide expert technical guidance during sales cycles, addressing client concerns and objections with data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain competitive analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies, and rival offerings.
- Create compelling ROI models and business cases to justify technology investments for clients.
- Participate in RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accurate and persuasive responses that highlight our competitive edge.
- Train and mentor sales teams on technical product features, use cases, and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales within ICT, telecom, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through technical solution selling.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or unified communications (experience with VoIP, SD-WAN, or API integrations is advantageous).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a bonus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
