Responsibility
- Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Architect and design robust software solutions that align with business goals and technical best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, debugging issues, and implementing efficient solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including API specs, system diagrams, and development guidelines.
- Ensure security and compliance by following best practices for data protection, authentication, and authorization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, RESTful APIs, and database architectures (SQL/NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
