Responsibility
- Execute test cases and scripts to identify software defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Document and report bugs with clear, reproducible steps using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to verify fixes and retest resolved issues.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not introduce existing functionality.
- Participate in agile sprints, stand-ups, and review meetings to align with project goals.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies for greater efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques and tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or Appium) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
