Responsibility
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Salesforce and other business applications, resolving tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including data integrity and integration challenges.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setups, profiles, permissions, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of Salesforce updates, patches, and new features.
- Train end-users on Salesforce best practices and application functionalities to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Salesforce platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic interfaces, as well as integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
- Familiarity with SQL, Apex, and Visualforce is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with global teams.
- Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification is highly desirable.
