Responsibility
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications to support Toyotaâs business operations and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Programmer, Software Developer, or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and backend development frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
