Responsibility
- Lead the digital transformation of lease administration and leasing processes by identifying, evaluating, and implementing technology solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and leasing teams to integrate systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy across platforms.
- Develop and maintain digital tools, databases, and dashboards to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to ensure successful adoption of new technologies by stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Automate repetitive tasks within leasing workflows to reduce manual errors and increase productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for leasing operations.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all digital leasing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology implementation, systems administration, or digital transformation, preferably in real estate or leasing.
- Proven experience with lease management software, CRM systems, or ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and basic programming or scripting knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks is advantageous.
