Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance product capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React), Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in distributed teams.
