In this role, youâll play a pivotal part in setting up, managing, and fine-tuning membership sites, email sequences, landing pages, and automation workflows within Kajabi and Kartra. Your expertise will directly impact our clientsâ ability to scale their digital products, improve user experience, and boost conversions.

Responsibility
- Set up and configure Kajabi and Kartra platforms for clients, including membership sites, courses, and digital product delivery systems.
- Design, test, and optimize sales funnels, email sequences, and automation workflows to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Manage and update landing pages, checkout processes, and upsell/downsell sequences in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRM tools, Zapier) and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor platform performance, analyze user engagement metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, webinars, and product launches.
- Train clients or team members on best practices for using Kajabi/Kartra features effectively.
- Stay updated on platform updates and industry trends to implement cutting-edge strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Kajabi or Kartra Specialist, Virtual Assistant, or similar role in digital product management.
- In-depth knowledge of Kajabi and Kartra features, including pipelines, memberships, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to integrate third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, ActiveCampaign, Zoom).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS basics (for customizing templates) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for landing pages and content optimization.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
