Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with product managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical, solution, and design teams to align project goals with business requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the ICT sector, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
