As an immediate starter, you’ll hit the ground running, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing efficiency, security, and scalability across our digital ecosystem.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives, driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend advancements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and enterprise software (ERP, CRM).
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data governance, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with IT infrastructure scaling, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
