Responsibility
- Lead and execute SOX compliance audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal control standards.
- Conduct comprehensive IT general controls (ITGC) audits, including access management, change management, and system configurations.
- Assess cybersecurity risks and recommend mitigations to protect critical IT infrastructure.
- Perform end-to-end audits of business processes, identifying control gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and enhance governance frameworks.
- Develop audit plans, test procedures, and documentation in alignment with industry best practices.
- Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, updating audit methodologies accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field; CISA, CISSP, or CIA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT auditing, SOX compliance, or cybersecurity.
- Proven expertise in ITGC audits, risk assessments, and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, NIST).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Experience with audit tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and data analytics techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with cloud security audits (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
