Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations to support customer experience platforms.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Generate and analyze data reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations and data flows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in API development, integration, and system maintenance.

- Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
