Responsibility
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical challenges and business objectives, providing tailored AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Design, deploy, and optimize Google Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and Google Cloud engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate customers on Google Cloud technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of deployed solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and cloud technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for new solutions and improvements.
- Document best practices, case studies, and technical guides to share knowledge and enhance customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in Korean and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud, including AI and machine learning services.
- Solid understanding of software development, data engineering, and system architecture.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and familiarity with data processing frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
