Responsibility
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and status updates.
- Assist in data management, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to identify risks and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate communication between teams, vendors, and leadership to align project goals.
- Support the PMO in implementing best practices and standardized methodologies.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for assigned programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
